Inspect Before Paying
Because every order is Cash on Delivery, you can open the parcel in front of the courier rider. If anything is wrong, simply refuse the parcel — you pay zero.
Request an Exchange Within 7 Days
Raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery. We review the reason and guide you through the next step before you send anything back.
Fabric Must Be Uncut
The suit piece must remain cut-free, unwashed, and unstitched with original tags and packaging intact.
Defects & Wrong Items
If we sent the wrong item or the fabric has an issue on arrival, message us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review it and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Courier Charges
Return courier responsibility is confirmed case by case. We cover reasonable return charges for an approved wrong-item or verified defect claim; preference-based exchanges may be charged to the customer.
